Our Optimum family of digital products are market-leading energy management tools that help businesses make better and faster decisions and take timely action by utilizing data-driven insights.

As the Optimum Product Success Manager, you will play a key role in gathering and analyzing market insights, developing compelling value propositions, and supporting our go-to-market (G2M) strategies to drive the success of our Optimum Product, specifically revenue growth and expanding market share. This role requires strong collaboration across our commercial, operational, and marketing teams to enhance product positioning, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness.

Here’s what else the role will involve:

  • Marketing and sales enablement
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep sector and market research, gather customer feedback, and perform competitor analysis to shape the Optimum Product strategy and influence decision-making.
  • Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the business’ Go-to-Market teams to ensure effective marketing strategies that grow sales pipelines across our EIS UK, nBS, E.ON Next, and Group businesses, leveraging lead generation from campaigns, events, social media, and sales collateral.
  • Partner with EIS UK, nBS, E.ON Next, and operational teams to deliver training and engagement sessions, support proposition development, and drive G2M activities within their respective business units and customer segments.
  • Work with the Optimum Lead Product Manager to craft compelling value propositions aligned with market and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to launch new features and expand into new markets.
  • Support product launches in new markets and with strategic customers.
  • Lead customer engagement sessions to inform the product roadmap, such as customer experience sessions to support product enhancements.

Content and training development

  • Create and maintain user guides for the Optimum platform, ensuring updates reflect new features.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market teams to produce industry white papers, sales brochures, and videos to support marketing efforts.
  • Act as an Optimum platform expert, providing training and sales collateral to enable effective selling.

Qualifications include a degree or significant relevant experience in energy, energy management, or marketing, with mid-level experience in energy management, smart or sustainable buildings, and a creative, customer-centric mindset. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and adaptability skills are essential, along with a full clean driving license.
