Join E.ON’s Green Funding Solutions (GFS) team and play a key role in driving our mission to secure external funding for innovative green solutions. You’ll help deliver vital initiatives—from insulation, solar panels to heat pumps and cutting‑edge low‑carbon heating technologies—that support our most vulnerable customers and households.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules, costs and scope to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee site operations, meeting safety, regulatory and budget requirements.
  • Resolve operational and customer issues promptly.
  • Lead and motivate multi‑disciplinary teams across multiple projects.
  • Conduct audits and manage risks to meet legal and internal standards.
  • Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental compliance as Principal Contractor.
  • Monitor supply‑chain performance on quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.

What we need from you

  • Construction degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience managing residential construction projects from tender to completion.
  • Expertise in renewable energy and insulation installations.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, including MS Project.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Health & Safety, PAS 2030/2035, CDM 2015 legislation.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Pass an enhanced DBS check.
