Salary: £33,796 to £42,126 plus a generous individual quarterly performance bonus.

Join our expanding Industrial & Commercial metering team as part of E.ON's strategy to double our metering operations within two years. We provide whole current, LV, and HV CT metering and communication solutions across the UK. We are seeking applicants with excellent customer service skills and proven experience in single-phase and three-phase metering. Roles are available for LV and HV CT experienced technicians, with salary recognition based on experience and progression.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering first-class service to our industrial and commercial customers.
  • Working on whole current and CTO metering installations and associated communication equipment, following our codes of practice and safety procedures.
  • Conducting site investigations to support accurate and timely billing.
  • Contributing to a culture of honest feedback, recognition, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Reside within Bath, Bristol, or Exeter.
  • Experience in single-phase and three-phase metering.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to development.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid UK/EU driving license (preferably clean, with up to 6 points).
  • Knowledge of domestic and commercial electrical installations.
  • Electrical qualifications or knowledge for fault finding and site investigations, including use of test equipment.
  • Experience with HV and/or LV CTO metering (salary will reflect qualifications).
