Are you passionate about driving positive commercial outcomes and contributing to the growth of E.ON\’s Energy Infrastructure Services in the UK?
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Manager in executing end-to-end marketing activity, from initiation to evaluation that engage specific audiences and drive positive commercial outcomes.
Defining, briefing, delivering and measuring the impact of multi-channel activity across paid, owned and earned using the AIDA model to engage specific audiences within geographic hotspots via an EBS way of working.
You will support in key business decisions relating to marketing activity and make recommendations to drive improvement.
Main responsibilities of the role
- Full Funnel Delivery: Responsible for the delivery of full E2E marketing activity within budget, E.ON brand guidelines and specific timescales, that aligns to our strategy and commercial objectives. You will work closely with the wider GtM (Go to Market) team to ensure an integrated approach across marketing and to implement cost-effective activity that delivers positive ROI.
- Creative Execution: Deliver briefs, bringing knowledge and expertise to the creative process of what makes communications compelling, relevant and motivating across EIS and work closely with our digital and creative agencies to implement marketing activity that resonates with target audiences, supporting the overall regional GtM marketing plan.
- Performance Management: Work closely with Insight to track full funnel performance from brand awareness metrics to specific lead generation metric contribution, ensuring a commercial value outcome. Knowledge of targets and GtM’s contribution to the sales pipeline. Adapt / capture learnings for future activity.
- Stakeholder Management: You will proactively manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders at various levels across the business, providing regular performance updates and managing expectations.
- Market and Competitor Landscape: Closely monitor competitor and market dynamics to shape and influence marketing activity.
- Compliance: Ensure communications are compliant and clear for our audiences by having a thorough understanding of regulatory guidelines.
