Key Responsibilities
- Leading the Technical Strategy: Develop and maintain technical processes for asset adoption and network operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Shaping Network Standards: Define and oversee design standards, specifications, and construction processes for safety, compliance, and efficiency.
- Driving Excellence in Network Design: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure standards of performance are met.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with industry partners to facilitate seamless network integration and design approvals

What we need from you
- Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering(or equivalent qualification with relevant experience).
- Experience in power network designacross11kV to 132kVnetworks.
- Strong understanding oftechnical and regulatory standardsfor network design, construction, and operation.
- Experience innetwork modelling and design software(e.g., WinDEBUT, VisNet Design, IPSA, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Knowledge of health & safety lawsapplicable to the electricity distribution sector.
- Ability to engage with ICPs, DNOs, and developers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be confident in a client facing role.
It would be great if you have
- Chartered Engineer status.
