The Operations Manager plays a key role in managing and expanding the EV charging network, ensuring a reliable, user-friendly and high-quality charging experience. The focus is on operational excellence, customer satisfaction and supporting the transition towards a fossil-free future, while strengthening the company's position in a fast-growing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations and ensure full operational readiness of the charging network
- Support the commissioning and integration of new charging stations
- Respond quickly to customer enquiries, resolve issues and act on user feedback
- Conduct site visits to troubleshoot and ensure proper functionality
- Contribute to projects aimed at continuously improving the charging infrastructure in collaboration with local and global teams
- Ensure compliance with relevant local and international regulations
Your Profile
- A solid technical understanding of electric mobility, charging infrastructure and related technical requirements is essential, and you bring a strong interest in new technologies
- You are able to organise, monitor and continuously optimise operational processes while applying structured process management methods
- Experience in planning, implementing and monitoring projects, particularly in charging infrastructure improvements, is important for success in this role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills enable you to quickly identify and resolve technical issues at charging points
- Ensuring reliable, safe and high-quality operations through consistent quality control is a key part of the position
- A strong service orientation and passion for delivering an inclusive and outstanding customer experience are highly valued
- You communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate well across different teams
- An independent working style, confident workload management and the initiative to solve new and complex challenges complete the profile
