Your mission
As Operations Manager, you’ll help build and operate a reliable, user-friendly EV charging network that supports the transition to a fossil-free future. Your role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations, solving problems quickly, and continuously improving the infrastructure together with internal and global teams.
- Ensure the daily operational readiness, reliability, and performance of all charging stations
- Support the rollout, integration, and commissioning of new charging points
- Work closely with customer service to handle user enquiries and provide effective solutions
- Conduct on-site visits for troubleshooting, quality control, and performance checks
- Monitor and act on user feedback, and contribute to ongoing improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards
- Collaborate across departments and with global teams to optimize operations

- Solid technical understanding of EV charging infrastructure and electric mobility
