E.ON Next is seeking a CRM Loyalty Campaign Manager to plan, deploy and optimise loyalty campaigns across millions of customers. You will own end-to-end CRM channel execution—email, SMS, DM and app—and work with Legal, Data, and Governance to ensure compliant, high-quality activity at scale.

You will drive engagement, sign-ups and reward redemption, optimise customer journeys, and report on CRM KPIs, leveraging data to improve performance in a highly regulated environment.
