We are looking for a passionate and people focused Data Team Manager to guide our Flex Data Team, nurturing a supportive culture while delivering innovative data solutions that unlock real value for our customers and business. Experience in the energy sector is essential for this role - we are seeking someone who understands the unique challenges and opportunities in this space and can hit the ground running. This is a highly collaborative leadership role where your ability to communicate, prioritise and inspire will be just as important as your technical and industry expertise.

- Champion the voice of data within the business, building strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
- Lead, mentor and support a multi-skilled team of analysts, engineers and data scientists to thrive and grow.
- Develop and deliver a data roadmap aligned to business goals, with thoughtful prioritisation balancing today’s needs and tomorrow’s vision.
- Shape and deliver a single, reliable source of truth in DataBricks, enabling smarter and more personalised decisions across the organisation.
- Cultivate a culture of curiosity and self service by upskilling teams in data literacy and creating space for the team to focus on high impact analysis.
- Bring data to life through storytelling, modelling and actionable insights, including Next Best Action and AI opportunities.
- Contribute to the wider data strategy as part of the Data Leadership Team, helping shape our journey with a people first mindset.
