Create and maintain high-quality test artefacts, apply risk-based testing to protect critical journeys, and champion exploratory, usability, and accessibility testing.
- Automation & Continuous Testing: Build and improve our Cypress automation framework, contributing reusable scripts and test harnesses. Embed automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing, rapid feedback, and confident releases.
- Data Validation & Quality Insights: Ensure robust data validation across QA cycles, working with developers and analysts to verify API, transformation, and UI-level data integrity. Use monitoring, reporting, and data-driven insights to focus testing on high-risk, high-impact areas.
- Collaboration & Quality Evangelism: Act as a strong advocate for quality in sprint ceremonies, align QA standards across squads, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of shared ownership for quality.
