Location: St Leonards on Sea and surrounding areas
Salary: £38,000

Responsibilities:
- Carry out Health and Safety risk assessments on-site
- Undertake routine maintenance and servicing of electrical systems and appliances
- Report faulty appliances/installations that do not comply with current regulations
- Replace electrical sockets and fittings
- Read and interpret job outline tickets
Requirements:
- Clean driving licence
- Clean DBS
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
