R9 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Plasterer with tiling capability on behalf of a reputable Social Housing provider. This position covers the Dartford patch and offers a temp-to-perm route with a permanent salary of £38,000 + overtime.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering and tiling works within occupied Social Housing properties. Professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service skills are essential.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to plaster full walls to a high standard
- Competent in tiling following plastering works
- Full UK driving licence required
- Experience within Social Housing is essential
- No formal qualifications required, though time-served experience is preferred
