Overview
Payroll & Subcontractor Coordinator – E Manton Ltd. This role offers the opportunity to become an integral part of our team as we approach the retirement of a long-standing member.
Responsibilities

Subcontractor Ledger Management: Overseeing the timely payment of our subcontractor supply chain, ensuring compliance with statutory returns and meeting HMRC deadlines.

Weekly Payroll Processing: Managing and processing payroll for our site-based teams, ensuring accurate allocation of costs to specific projects.
Qualifications
Given the specialised nature of the regulations in our industry, the ideal candidate will have prior experience in a finance role within the construction sector, along with a strong understanding of CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) and DRC (Domestic Reverse Charge) VAT rules.
Employment details
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our offices in Birmingham Business Park, conveniently located near the NEC.
