E. Leclerc is a committed player in apprenticeship. We are dedicated to the transmission of know-how, and alternating work is a good way to succeed in entering the active life. Each year, more than 4,000 apprentices are welcomed into the brand. The entire team of the Charcuterie Coupe / Crèmerie Coupe department is prepared to welcome several apprentices to teach them all the techniques and tricks of the trade.
With them, you will learn about product specifics, order management, shelf maintenance, as well as advice, sales, merchandising, and teamwork.
You will participate in the following missions:
- Merchandising: general presentation of your products (technical characteristics, price tags, cleanliness, organisation, highlighting of products...).
- Commercial: development of turnover through sales techniques and product/service characteristics offered (guarantee, financing...).
- Customer relations: customer advice.
- Management: management of anomalies (price, stock...), application of correction instructions.
Gradually, you will gain skills and autonomy. Throughout your journey, a tutor, an employee of the store, will accompany you to ensure your good integration into the company and to pass on the best practices that will allow you to gradually evolve towards more autonomy and responsibilities.
If you do not yet have registration in a school or training, you can still apply and we can try to assist you in your search.
We offer an apprenticeship contract lasting from 12 to 36 months starting from 01/07/2022. The remuneration will be set according to the legal scale for apprentices (age and year of study criteria) with benefits (participation bonuses and profit-sharing, health insurance...).
