Description E. Leclerc est un acteur militant de l'apprentissage. Nous sommes attachés à la transmission des savoir-faire, et l'alternance est un bon moyen de réussir son entrée dans la vie active. Chaque année, plus de 4.000 alternants sont accueillis dans l'enseigne. Toute l'équipe de la Boucherie s'est préparée pour accueillir plusieurs alternants afin de lui apprendre à fabriquer de bons produits, et partager ses astuces pour satisfaire la clientèle. Avec nous, vous apprendrez non seulement la fabrication de bons produits, mais aussi la commercialisation, ainsi que les techniques commerciales et sanitaires pour exercer votre future profession avec un haut niveau d'exigence.

Vous Participerez Aux Missions Suivantes :

  • Confectionner les produits mis en vente
  • Effectuer l'emballage des produits et la mise en rayon
  • Assurer à la mise en vente et le service à la clientèle
  • Gérer l'offre produit : assortiment et politique prix
  • Vérifier la conformité des marchandises livrées et vendues
  • Respecter les règles d'hygiène, de traçabilité et de sécurité alimentaire

Progressivement, vous gagnerez en compétence et en autonomie. Durant tout votre parcours, un tuteur, salarié du magasin, vous accompagnera pour veiller à votre bonne intégration dans l'entreprise, et vous transmettre les bonnes pratiques qui vous permettront d'évoluer progressivement vers plus d'autonomie et de responsabilités.

Si vous n'avez pas encore d'inscription dans une école ou une formation, vous pouvez quand même postuler et nous pourrons tenter de vous accompagner dans votre recherche. Nous vous proposons un contrat d'apprentissage/de professionnalisation d'une durée de 12 à 24 mois à compter du 01/07/2022. La rémunération sera fixée selon la grille légale des alternants (critère d'âge et d'année d'étude).
