Core Responsibilities:
- Be the contact point for customers
- Create bookings in our internal software
- Process booking and liaise with operations to ensure they have been received
- Follow up on any queries with customers
- Liaise with customers regarding shipments and collections
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Logistics/Freight experience (preferred but not essential)
- Customer focused and determination to deliver an excellent level of service
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Be confident and approachable
- IT literate with an eye for detail
- Team working
- Organisational skills
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 0900-1700 hours, Friday 0830-1700 hours
