We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Paid Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role will be responsible for leading the planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting of integrated paid media campaigns across the UK and Germany. Working closely with the Senior Paid Media Manager, agency partners, and cross‑functional teams, you will drive best‑in‑class media execution across channels including paid social, TV, streaming, OOH, display, programmatic, paid search, and affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of full‑funnel media strategy, creative optimisation, performance measurement, and cross‑channel campaign management within a fast‑paced consumer or retail environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual media plans across the UK and Germany
- Lead agency briefing across paid social, TV, streaming, OOH, display, programmatic, paid search, and affiliate channels
- Coordinate end‑to‑end campaign activation, ensuring campaigns launch on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives
- Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, attribution models, and reporting processes to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Lead creative briefing and asset planning with internal and external stakeholders to ensure channel and audience relevance
- Manage affiliate marketing activity across platforms including TikTok Shop and Rakuten
- Partner with agencies to deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting and post‑campaign analysis
- Drive a continuous test‑and‑learn agenda across creatives, audiences, channels, and formats
- Support budget management processes including forecasting, accrual tracking, and financial reporting
