The Role

The Business Analyst plays a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support commercial performance and strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to analyse trends, optimize performance, and support growth initiatives across markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse sales, market, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
  • Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and promotional effectiveness analysis
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to support customer and channel performance reviews
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of data across systems and reports
  • Support ad-hoc analyses for leadership and cross-functional projects
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and analytical tools

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
  • Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience with market data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Circana)
  • 2-5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
  • Experience working with sales data, forecasts, and KPIs
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in beauty, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods
  • International or multi-market exposure
