Reporting Relationship
We are seeking a proactive, detail-obsessed collaborator to partner closely with Account Managers and keep our customer relationships running smoothly. You will be the operational backbone—owning daily administration of major national accounts, uncovering new business opportunities, and nurturing strong partnerships with existing contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer & Internal Collaboration: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve queries related to stock shortages, pricing, forecasting, finance, or invoicing. Provide accurate and insightful sales reporting to support sales leads.
- Sales Operations & Administration: Support sales leads through efficient PO creation, tracking, and management. Implement and maintain a streamlined documentation and filing system. Take ownership of retailer and vendor contract administration.
- Product & Launch Support: Stay ahead of upcoming product launches and manage full Item & Product Setup Forms across retailer platforms; oversee product copy translations for EU/ROW markets and ensure product images and assets meet retailer requirements. Coordinate the timely ordering of GWPs, samples, and product testers within budgets.
- Team & Event Support: Assist in setting up retailer meetings, including venue/room booking, catering arrangements, and room décor to ensure a polished, brand-right experience.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience of working with UK retailers.
- Experience in the Beauty industry is an advantage.
- Exceptional administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage shifting priorities.
- Experience driving alignment across cross-functional teams and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range is provided above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual performance bonus, and equity. Employees are eligible for up to 200% of target bonus when company performance exceeds goals. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, retirement savings, gender-neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. Compensation is based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Compensation components are subject to change at the company’s discretion.
