Position Details

Coordinator, Sales International – Full‑time, Permanent

Location: London

Department: Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve queries related to stock shortages, pricing, forecasting, finance and invoicing.
  • Provide accurate and insightful sales reporting and data to support sales leads.
  • Support sales leads through efficient purchase order creation, tracking and management.
  • Implement and maintain a streamlined documentation and filing system to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Take ownership of retailer and vendor contract administration.
  • Stay ahead of upcoming product launches and manage full Item & Product Setup Forms across retailer platforms.
  • Oversee product copy translations for EU/ROW markets and ensure product images and assets meet retailer requirements.
  • Coordinate the timely ordering of GWPs, samples and product testers in line with budgets.
  • Assist in setting up retailer meetings, including venue/room booking, catering arrangements and room décor to ensure a polished, brand‑right experience.
