Position Details

Coordinator, Sales International – Full‑time, Permanent

Location: London

Department: Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve queries related to stock shortages, pricing, forecasting, finance and invoicing.
  • Provide accurate and insightful sales reporting and data to support sales leads.
  • Support sales leads through efficient purchase order creation, tracking and management.
  • Implement and maintain a streamlined documentation and filing system to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Take ownership of retailer and vendor contract administration.
  • Stay ahead of upcoming product launches and manage full Item & Product Setup Forms across retailer platforms.
  • Oversee product copy translations for EU/ROW markets and ensure product images and assets meet retailer requirements.
  • Coordinate the timely ordering of GWPs, samples and product testers in line with budgets.
  • Assist in setting up retailer meetings, including venue/room booking, catering arrangements and room décor to ensure a polished, brand‑right experience.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account coordination or a similar role.
  • Experience working with UK retailers.
  • Experience within the beauty industry is an advantage.
  • Exceptional administrative, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and juggle shifting priorities.
  • Experience driving alignment across cross‑functional teams and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation includes base salary, annual company‑based performance bonus and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus programme, employees may earn up to 200 % of target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. Other benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender‑neutral parental leave and unlimited paid time off.
