Position Summary
The Space Planner is responsible for, but not limited to, the coordination, drawing and execution of planograms for international retailers for all e.l.f. beauty brands.
Responsibilities
- Create, submit & upkeep planograms in JDA
- Identify e.l.f. growth opportunities through data and analytics
- Space to sales detailed analysis for POGs
- Ad hoc reporting and analytics that drive actionable insights
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for planogram resets and present recommendations to retail partners
- Work closely with Visual Merchandising team on fixture needs and customer reset execution
- Partner with sales, brand, demand planning and VM to align space planning with broader business objectives
- Create presentations for internal reviews with leadership teams and address feedback with solution-based creative thinking
Requirements
- Proven track record in space planning in retail with a white wall/cosmetics experience preferred
- Experience of space planning software such as Blue Yonder (JDA) or similar
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insight
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, with specific focus on Excel and Power Point
- Detail oriented, ability to work on multiple projects at once under tight deadlines
- Organization, adaptability, and a high degree of collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and trends
- Ability to work in a team or independently
- Passion for Beauty
- Can-do attitude
- Travel required
