Position Summary

The Space Planner is responsible for, but not limited to, the coordination, drawing and execution of planograms for international retailers for all e.l.f. beauty brands.

Responsibilities

  • Create, submit & upkeep planograms in JDA
  • Identify e.l.f. growth opportunities through data and analytics
  • Space to sales detailed analysis for POGs
  • Ad hoc reporting and analytics that drive actionable insights
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for planogram resets and present recommendations to retail partners
  • Work closely with Visual Merchandising team on fixture needs and customer reset execution
  • Partner with sales, brand, demand planning and VM to align space planning with broader business objectives
  • Create presentations for internal reviews with leadership teams and address feedback with solution-based creative thinking

Requirements

  • Proven track record in space planning in retail with a white wall/cosmetics experience preferred
  • Experience of space planning software such as Blue Yonder (JDA) or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insight
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, with specific focus on Excel and Power Point
  • Detail oriented, ability to work on multiple projects at once under tight deadlines
  • Organization, adaptability, and a high degree of collaboration with cross-functional partners
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and trends
  • Ability to work in a team or independently
