This role will initially be part time with a possibility of increased hours from time to time and eventually full time as the role grows. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Operations Administrator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day activities across the business. You will provide general administrative support, manage correspondence, order supplies/materials for stores and/or projects as required, and help maintain office systems to ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will be computer-literate, highly organised, and most of all, have a willingness to learn and develop.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Enter and update data accurately.
- Update internal databases and systems.
- Order stock for stores and support project-related purchasing, along with any other clerical duties as required.
- Maintain, organise, and file digital and physical documents.
- Act as a first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Handle enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & Outlook), printers, scanners, telephones, etc.
