A Junior Recruitment is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist on behalf of Stats Profit, an innovative football investment startup. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who can identify and connect with people who would be highly interested in Stats Profit’s data-driven football betting system.
What You’ll Do
- Use your own resources (organic marketing, networking, social media, or other creative methods) to generate high-quality leads.
- Identify and engage with individuals who are seeking a second income opportunity through football investment.
- Book 8-16 online consultations per month with the Founder, who will handle all sales conversions.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- A self-sufficient and resourceful marketer, lead generation specialist, or sales professional.
- Experience in B2C lead generation, particularly in finance, sports betting, trading, or investment-related audiences.
- The ability to generate leads from scratch without reliance on paid advertising.
- Confidence in outreach, engagement, and booking appointments with potential customers.
Important Details
- This is a startup role, so you’ll be responsible for sourcing leads from scratch using your own strategies and tools.
- Any costs incurred for lead generation (e.g., paid ads, tools) will be your responsibility.
- You’ll be measured on the number of consultations booked, and sales conversions.
Performance Targets
- Book 8-16 consultations per month with the Founder.
- Expecting a 1 in 4 conversion rate, meaning 2-4 paying members per month (Founder will convert leads via Zoom).
