A Taste of What You'll Do:
- Join our Livingston team as a Production Lead Assistant from July to October.
- Responsible for resolving personnel, staffing, and work order conflicts while managing hourly staff directly.
- Three shifts available: day shift, swing shift, and graveyard, with all positions requiring weekend work.
- Overtime opportunities are available.
- Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years production-operations, accounting/finance, customer service, agricultural management, or production maintenance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
- Required to be 21 years of age or older.
- Experience leading or directing the work of team members.
- Valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire.
- Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint at a basic level.
- Required to lift and move up to 65 pounds.
- Experienced in reading and comprehending simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time.
- Required to be 18 years or older.
