E-Idols is a global influencer marketing and talent management agency representing high-profile creators and connecting them with world-leading brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and culture.


We’re expanding our UK team and looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Talent Manager to help grow our creators’ careers and strengthen our brand partnerships.


What You’ll Do


  • Manage and develop a roster of UK-based creators.
  • Source, negotiate, and close partnerships with top brands and agencies.
  • Oversee contracts, deliverables, and usage rights from start to finish.
  • Build tailored strategies and pricing plans per creator.
  • Represent E-Idols at industry events, brand meetings, and activations.


What You’ll Bring


  • 2+ years’ experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
