E-Idols is looking for an experienced Talent Manager with a strong focus on brand partnerships and sales. This role sits at the intersection of talent management and commercial growth. You will manage a roster of creators while actively driving revenue through outbound brand partnerships, relationship building, and deal negotiation. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of conversations from first outreach through to signed deal and long-term partnership.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a roster of creators
- Drive outbound brand outreach and generate new partnership opportunities
- Build and secure long-term brand partnerships and ambassador deals
- Negotiate fees, usage rights, exclusivity, and timelines
- Identify new revenue opportunities for talent
- Maintain and grow relationships with brands and agencies
- Work closely with internal teams on strategy and execution
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or agency-side business development
- Proven track record of personally sourcing and closing brand deals
- Existing network of brand and agency contacts
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Highly proactive and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Eligible to work in the UK
Preferred
- Experience working with UK and US brands
- Experience managing creators across fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
