We are looking for an experienced structured credit originator and structurer to originate structured credit and SRT opportunities with European banks. Candidates will typically come from backgrounds in structured credit origination or structuring within investment banks, commercial banks, or specialty finance firms. Experience in financial institution capital markets origination, particularly within European banking sectors, is highly valued. Familiarity with securitisation, risk transfer products, and credit portfolio management is advantageous. A banking background with strong client relationship management and deal negotiation skills, especially involving Italian and broader European financial institutions, is essential. Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Italian a plus, to effectively engage with local and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in structured credit origination, structuring, or financial institution capital markets origination.

  • Experience with Securitization Risk Transfer (SRT) products is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required, fluency in Italian and other languages preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
