Responsibilities
- Conduct diligence and deal selection of co-investments, GP and LP led secondary Private Equity opportunities
- Ability to lead deal investment processes, including material production & presentation, junior guidance and training
- Build and use financial models, third party reports, to evaluate historical information and generate projections
- Convert industry insights into comprehensive investment recommendations and risk assessments
- Drive production of IC memorandums and recommendations of investment to the committee
- Remain current on market developments to help frame investment strategies
- Support portfolio monitoring, reporting and fundraising efforts
Qualifications
- 6 years+ of experience with at least 3 years+ in a Private Equity secondary investment role
- Bachelor's/Master's degree, ideally with a post graduate qualification but not mandatory
- Thinker, self-starter, with a keen focus on the details
- Adept at articulating analytical views on and off paper, in a concise and confident manner
- Proficient MS Office skills including Excel, PPT, and LBO modelling proficiency
- Collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently
- Fluency in a second language will be an asset
