The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 Β£ per year.

Under limited direction, with a high level of autonomy, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience for servicing and supporting the Raymond James Electronic Trading ("RJET") desk, Portfolio Trading ("RJPT") desk and its clients. Will be integral in assisting with RJET & PT client onboarding, day-to-day sales trading support and post-trade analysis. Will also be integral with supporting Raymond James "internal" desks' global order flow.

  • Client onboarding, testing and daily support – fix integration.
  • Work with sales traders to provide execution reports and post-trade venue and TCA reports to clients on a daily basis.
  • Strong understanding of OMS/EMS behaviour and the ability to resolve any issues relating to order management.
  • Provide strategy (order) monitoring and support to all clients, internally and externally.
  • Work closely with middle and back-office teams to resolve any trade-related problems in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure accuracy of all data held within OMS/EMS, including market fees, charges, and FX rates.
  • Help build and foster client relationships and provide support around prospecting for new business.
  • Leads the work of others and provides ideas and help to enhance client relationships.
  • Subject matter expert in all matters dealing with operations and technology.
  • Liaise with vendor partners to resolve any interface issues between RJ and our clients.
  • Answers telephones for client inquiries, internal needs, orders and information.
  • Troubleshoots operational and administrative issues.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with all organisational levels.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Finance, Accounting or Business and a minimum of five to seven years of experience in the Principal Trading area of the financial services industry, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
