Trade Execution Support (Capture)
- Book, process and validate trades in Front Office booking systems
- Monitor portfolio to ensure trade capture reflected accurately in book
- Liaise with Operations Team to resolve any trade booking and settlement inquiries, including term loan settlements
Reporting
- Track new issue / primary allocations across PM teams and manage offering memorandum inventory
- Research capture and distribution emails
- Perform EoD PnL review to ensure reasonableness of daily front office P&L
Issue Resolution (Communication and Coordination) / Corrective measures
- Resolve all internal queries from portfolio managers and the trading desk on transactions executed by the desk
Systems and Process Improvements
- Lead ad-hoc initiatives contributing to the enhancement of the trading and booking platform
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar desk in credit or converts business
- Strong credit product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with PM's and brokers
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
