Responsibilities
  • Conduct diligence and deal selection of co‐investments, GP and LP‐led secondary Private Equity opportunities
  • Ability to lead deal investment processes, including material production & presentation, junior guidance and training
  • Build and use financial models, third‐party reports, to evaluate historical information and generate projections
  • Convert industry insights into comprehensive investment recommendations and risk assessments
  • Drive production of IC memorandums and recommendations of investment to the committee
  • Remain current on market developments to help frame investment strategies
  • Support portfolio monitoring, reporting and fundraising efforts
Qualifications
  • 6 years+ of experience with at least 3 years+ in a Private Equity secondary investment role
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree, ideally with a post‐graduate qualification but not mandatory
  • Thinker, self‐starter, with a keen focus on the details
  • Adept at articulating analytical views on and off paper, in a concise and confident manner
  • Proficient MS Office skills including Excel, PPT, and LBO modelling proficiency
  • Collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently
  • Fluency in a second language will be an asset
