Responsibilities
- Develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options, and recommend strategies to meet client goals.
- Generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward.
- Identify and meet client needs, coordinating and working alongside colleagues and investors.
- Create and analyze financial models for financing transactions.
- Assess and analyze credit risk as the first line of defense.
- Prepare materials and present recommendations to the credit committee.
- Assist in syndicating underwritten financing to investors, requiring a deep understanding of credit risk.
- Manage and support the development of junior investment team members.
- Maintain a good understanding and hands-on exposure to assessing credit risk.
- Ideally, you have experience working within credit risk control or leverage finance in investment banking.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly.
- Ability to partner with other groups across the bank.
