The predicted salary is between 2000 - 3000 £ per month.

The Provider will deliver a centralised Associate Database built in SharePoint, including full data cleansing of existing sources. The solution will streamline associate management, improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and support operational, financial and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Cleanse, standardise and validate all existing associate data from spreadsheets, legacy systems and documents.
  • Design and build a structured SharePoint based Associate Database with forms, lists, controlled fields, audit history and permissions.
  • Improve data governance, reporting accuracy and end to end visibility of the associate lifecycle.
  • Identify all current associate data sources (e.g., spreadsheets, email extracts, SharePoint lists, historic files).
  • Conduct a full data quality assessment (accuracy, completeness, duplication, formatting, structural issues).
  • Produce a Data Cleansing Plan including rules for standardisation, mandatory fields, validation checks, naming conventions and deduplication logic.
  • Clean and normalise data, including: correcting inconsistent formats (dates, names, phone numbers, emails); merging duplicate records; standardising terminology (skills, availability, status, rates, contract types); flagging missing information and agreeing remediation steps.
  • Produce a Data Mapping Document mapping old fields to the new SharePoint schema.
  • Provide a final Data Quality Report confirming cleansing completion.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a SharePoint Administrator or similar, with hands-on experience delivering a SharePoint-based data management solution.
  • Strong data cleansing, data standardisation and deduplication skills.
  • Ability to design forms, lists, permissions and audit history within SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data modelling and reporting concepts.
