S/4HANA HCM Consultant
7 Months | Hybrid, London | £625 per day (Inside IR35)
We\’re looking for an experienced S/4HANA HCM Consultant to join a UK-based Aerospace & Defence S/4HANA Greenfield Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformation project with a global consulting and professional services leader, known for delivering innovation, technology, and digital solutions across industries.
As an S/4HANA HCM Consultant , you\’ll play a pivotal role in shaping, designing, and deploying HCM functionality. You will collaborate with multiple teams, influence key decisions, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy SAP HCM solutions across Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, and Timesheet functionality

Define and implement SAP processes to improve efficiency, quality, and control

Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to project teams

Deliver training sessions and workshops to share knowledge and best practices

Develop and maintain documentation to support compliance and delivery
About You

Expert in SAP HCM Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, and Timesheet functionality

Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management applications and SAP Project Systems integration
