We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect to join a major digital transformation programme, supporting organisations across the Public Sector and Energy & Utilities space.
This is a strategic architecture role combining deep Salesforce expertise, business process transformation and customer advisory, with the opportunity to shape CRM strategy, target architecture and multi-cloud roadmaps.
Salesforce Enterprise Architect - Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted Digital Transformation Advisor, providing strategic Salesforce and CRM guidance to customers.
- Lead business process redesign workshops, roadmap planning and identify touchpoints across multi-cloud implementations.
- Assess complex business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce 360 solutions and target architectures.
- Define transition architectures, implementation roadmaps and phased delivery plans aligned to business objectives.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects, delivery teams and implementation partners, reviewing solution designs and proactively managing architectural risks.
Location: London, UK - Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
Salary: £110,000 - £120,000 + benefits

About You
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Enterprise Architect, with 14+ years of CRM experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience within Public Sector or Energy & Utilities.
- Strong Salesforce solution architecture experience, with the ability to integrate processes across disparate systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to solve complex business and technical challenges.
- Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Cloud and GDS standards experience would be highly desirable.
You’ll join a collaborative, consulting-led environment where you’ll have the opportunity to influence CRM strategy, work closely with senior stakeholders and deliver meaningful digital transformation. The role offers a hybrid working model in London, with 2-3 days onsite, alongside a competitive £110,000-£120,000 salary and benefits package.
