We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a Main Contractor delivering a major Data Centre project in Greater London. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health packages from design coordination through commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all MEP aspects of the project.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and client teams.
- Monitor programme, quality, safety and commercial performance.
- Review technical submissions and design information.
- Lead MEP coordination and progress meetings.
- Oversee testing, commissioning and project handover.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in an MEP Project Management role.
- Experience working for a Main Contractor on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and project delivery programmes.
- Experience delivering projects through commissioning and handover.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
