A fast-growing SaaS company is seeking Customer Success & Support Executives to help multi-site food service businesses optimise inventory, reduce food waste, and protect profit margins. This is a hands-on role for commercially aware, confident communicators who want to make a real impact. This isn’t a passive support role – you’ll play a visible part in helping operators succeed while shaping how the customer success function develops.

Responsibilities

  • Host live onboarding sessions and deliver engaging training via video and screen-share.
  • Support pilot sites through full rollout, tailoring guidance to operational and finance stakeholders.
  • Respond to customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate CRM and knowledge documentation.
  • Monitor engagement, identify churn risk, and help customers maximise margin protection.
  • Contribute to improving workflows, refining onboarding processes, and developing support resources.
