A leading main contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 5+ years’ experience to take full commercial responsibility for major construction projects across London, typically valued between £10m–£100m+. You will play a key role in ensuring strong commercial performance from pre-construction through to final account.
Key Responsibilities
- Full commercial management of construction projects
- Cost control, forecasting, CVRs, and monthly reporting
- Subcontract procurement and package management
- Preparation and agreement of valuations and final accounts
- Management of variations, risks, and contractual matters
- Administration of JCT and/or NEC contracts
- Collaboration with project teams, clients, and consultants
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
- Main contractor background essential
- Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
