Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them through onboarding, delivery, and ongoing success
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Drive client outcomes through data insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Travel to client sites (mainly London, with some in Wales) and support events

About you

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing role

  • Comfortable working with data and communicating insights clearly
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
