A well-established Main Contractor operating across Greater London is seeking an ambitious Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team. The company delivers a range of high-quality residential, commercial, mixed-use and refurbishment projects across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate QS looking to take ownership of projects, work alongside experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors and progress within a reputable contractor environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account
  • Preparing subcontractor packages, procurement schedules and tender analysis

  • Assisting with preparation of CVRs and monthly commercial reports
