A global technical construction company is seeking a dedicated HSQE Manager to uphold clients’ high standards of health and safety across projects. Reporting to the HSQE Director, you will play a pivotal role in implementing safety management systems and promoting a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with UK and EU health and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain safety management systems on all projects.
- Conduct site inspections and audits, addressing any identified risks.
- Deliver training and toolbox talks to enhance safety awareness.
- Investigate incidents and enforce preventive measures.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies on safety matters.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
- Proven health and safety experience, ideally in construction.
- Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
