Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a location strategy and long-term strategic plans to drive growth between 2026 and 2028.
- Client Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives in private banking and wealth management. Lead engagements across digital strategy, operating model transformation, and technology enablement.
- Business Development: Drive go-to-market initiatives, lead proposal development, and secure new business. Expand the company's presence in the UK wealth management sector.
- Delivery Oversight: Oversee the execution of complex transformation programmes, ensuring delivery excellence across all client projects.
- Team Leadership & Management: Build, lead and mentor a high-performing consulting team. Foster a collaborative culture focused on innovation, continuous development, and high-impact outcomes.

Required Experience
- 8+ years in Management Consulting, with a strong focus on private banking and wealth management.
- A proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives (e.g. target operating models, process optimisation, core platform modernisation, AI-driven initiatives).
- Deep understanding of the UK private banking and wealth management landscape, including regulatory frameworks, latest trends of the industry and client expectations.
- A strong network within the UK private banking and wealth management market, including key stakeholders and industry players.
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and drive business growth.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale transformation programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Knowledge of AI in wealth management, and digital client engagement models.
- Familiarity with relevant Banking platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos, or other 3rd party banking platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in comparable roles.
- Good understanding of wealth management and its relevant processes.
