DevSecOps Engineer

Are you an experienced DevSecOps Engineer ready to design and deliver cutting-edge CI/CD pipelines in a highly regulated enterprise environment? Join our Shared Services team to create scalable, automated solutions that drive seamless software delivery across virtual machines, containers, and on-premises environments. This roles is open to either permanent or contract hire inside IR35.

About the Role

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and automation of robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure and GitHub. You’ll collaborate with teams to understand pain points, support adoption, and ensure enterprise compliance while working with modern tools like Terraform, AKS, and GitOps.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver CI/CD pipelines in Azure and GitHub with a focus on scalability and automation.
• Implement enterprise-grade controls, scanning tools, and artifact repositories.
• Integrate with systems such as ServiceNow and drive change management automation.
• Support hybrid environments, including containers, AKS, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Work closely with teams to understand challenges and support the adoption of DevSecOps practices.

About You

• Deep expertise in designing and building CI/CD pipelines in Azure and GitHub.
• Proficient in Terraform and infrastructure as code.
• Hands-on experience with GitOps, containerization, and AKS deployment.
• Familiar with integrating scanning tools, artifact repositories, and enterprise change management systems.
• Strong collaborative skills to engage with teams and drive adoption of scalable solutions.
