Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them through onboarding, delivery, and ongoing success
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Drive client outcomes through data insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions to client needs
- Travel to client sites (mainly London, with some in Wales) and support events
About you
- 3-5 years' experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing role
- Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable working with data and communicating insights clearly
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
