We are seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join a leading main contractor delivering major construction projects across London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all CSA project activities.
  • Oversee subcontractors, programme delivery, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, and reporting requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
  • Ensure works are delivered in accordance with contract specifications and project milestones.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a CSA Project Manager or similar role.
  • Experience working for a main contractor on large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural packages.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant construction qualification (Degree/HND or equivalent).
