We are seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Analyst to join a leading financial services firm. You will manage the end-to-end processing of corporate actions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process mandatory & voluntary events (dividends, mergers, rights issues).
  • Distribute notifications, manage elections, and reconcile events.
  • Liaise with custodians, counterparties, and internal teams.
  • Monitor & resolve exceptions, contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in corporate actions within financial services.
  • Knowledge of CREST, SWIFT, Euroclear; regulatory awareness (CASS, MiFID II).
  • Strong attention to detail & organisational skills.
