This role will play a critical part in supporting major infrastructure and construction projects from concept through to delivery.

Responsibilities: Review technical designs, specifications and tender documentation.
Conduct feasibility assessments and value engineering exercises.
Collaborate with design, commercial and project delivery teams.
Support bid submissions and pre-construction planning activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant UK standards and regulations.
