What Youll Do:

Generate a qualified sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and marketing collaboration

Qualify leads and book meetings that directly support Account Executives

Use AI tools and automation to improve outbound performance (e.g., crafting prompts, writing copy, generating tailored content)

Collaborate with marketing to align messaging with campaigns and ICP targeting

Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting via HubSpot CRM
What Youll Bring:

25 years in a B2B SaaS or tech sales role, ideally focused on outbound prospecting

Working knowledge of AI tools to enhance outbound (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar)

Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, Outreach, Orum, or Nooks

Strong grasp of pipeline metrics: MQLs, conversion rates, and activity KPIs
