Law Enforcement / National Security experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and interpret business needs through workshops, interviews, discovery sessions, and document analysis, and synthesize them into formal documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories, use cases).
  • Collaborate with clients to understand workflows, case processes, requirements, and operational challenges.
  • Conduct 'As-Is' process analysis and define the desired 'To-Be' future state using process mapping methodologies.
  • Translate operational requirements into clear, actionable business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Client Services team to develop Statements of Work (SOWs), solution proposals, and implementation roadmaps based on documented requirements.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to design, refine, and deliver technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer (VOC) to Product and Engineering, validating prototypes and ensuring delivered solutions meet the business requirements.
  • Support project lifecycle activities, including solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, and validation.
  • Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, managing client sign-off for solution delivery and Go-Live.
  • Conduct data analysis and identify insights, patterns, or risk areas that inform operational decision-making.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.

You have:

  • Experience in Law Enforcement, policing, or security operations (UK or international LEA experience highly desirable).
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
  • Proven ability to document requirements, business processes, and system specifications.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
